The University is fully accredited by the Oxford Education Network, an international network of universities, colleges, and schools operating under a prestigious English Royal Charter dating back to 1640. In 2002, IUFS joined other centers of academic excellence across England, America, Canada, Central America, South America and Italy as a proud affiliate of the Oxford Education Network. The Oxford accreditation is recognized by the Commission on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation worldwide.

IUFS also holds certifications from The Cambridge Association of Managers, UK, and Oxford Association of Management, UK, and is recognized by the California University, Secretary of State of the State of California, and the Board of Supervisors of the City and Council of the City of San Francisco.
